Peanut Butter Bars

Finally getting around to posting these! Hope you try them out and hope you like them! ❤



1/2 cup all natural peanut butter (The chunky kind is best!)

1/4 cup honey (or dates)

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

1 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup ground flax seed 

1/4 chia seeds 

1 Tbl cinnamon 

2 tsp vanilla extract 

1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt 


I bag Enjoy Life chocolate chunks (melted with 1 tsp coconut oil)

Add all ingredients for bars into a food processor. Blend until everything binds together. Press into a square 9×9 pan, lined with parchment paper. In a small sauce pan, on low-med heat, mix chocolate chunks and 1 tsp coconut oil until melted. Drizzle chocolate over bars in pan. Chill at least 30 mins and then cut into bars and store airtight in fridge for up to two weeks.
