Hi, my name is Trish. Welcome to my blog!

I’m mom to four hungry kids and that keeps me in the kitchen pretty much all day, every day – which is fine with me. 🙂

I’m here because we all share something in common: food.

And, who doesn’t love food?!

Come on, be honest, you do. You love it.

But maybe, like me, you don’t love what the wrong food does to you. Weight gain, unbalanced hormones, emotions out of whack, face breakouts…I mean it’s not a pretty list.

The awesome thing about social media is how easily we can share real life issues like this with each other.

I want to do that. I want to be a positive voice for you. That’s my focus and goal.

I’m going to be messy at it- I’m no pro- but I’ll give you honesty, real talk and hopefully encouragement.
